VR Training Online Library

Together with our client 3spin Learning, we have developed an online library that bundles all VR training courses created by 3spin Learning and provides customers with detailed insights as well as easy and direct course booking.
Background
3spin Learning is a leading provider of software for creating immersive learning content using virtual reality (VR) and artificial intelligence (AI). With this no-code authoring tool, 3spin Learning has already developed over 70 soft skills training courses that customers can book for their employees. Until now, customers had no way of viewing all VR training courses centrally and clearly or gaining direct insight into the content and structure of suitable courses. Existing customers were also unable to book training courses independently and had to submit an individual request to do so.
Project scope & objectives
The aim of the project was to develop an online library that centrally displays all VR training courses and provides a detailed overview of content and structure. Existing customers should be able to expand their personal training library directly and add new training courses independently. New customers should be able to easily book training courses via various licensing models. In addition, the platform should integrate seamlessly into the existing system landscape of 3spin Learning and impress with consistent, intuitive user guidance.
Challenges
The biggest challenges lay in technical integration and user guidance design. The platform had to be seamlessly connected to the existing system landscape without disrupting established processes. At the same time, it was crucial that the design and operation matched the look and feel of the customer website and the no-code authoring tool to ensure a familiar and intuitive user experience.
Implementation and features
Implementation began with a comprehensive analysis of existing processes and requirements. This resulted in the following key functions:
Clear overview of all VR training courses
License-based booking options for new customers
Expansion of the personal training library for existing customers via the WMS
Uniform user guidance in the look and feel of the existing platforms
Development was carried out in an agile manner according to the SCRUM framework and was continuously supported by UI/UX experts. This allowed user guidance and design requirements to be implemented in close coordination with those responsible at 3spin Learning.

The project was realized in close cooperation with 3spin Learning. We provided strategic support during the design phase and were responsible for the technical implementation, always with a focus on sustainable and flexible architecture.
