We focus on flexibility instead of rigid processes. Thanks to our agile approach, we can always return to previous steps when needed to integrate new requirements directly. With our agile project management, we break your project into short phases, called sprints. At the end of each sprint, we present a functional part of the software, allowing you to see results early and discuss progress with us. This ensures that everything proceeds according to your wishes. If requirements change or new requests arise, we can respond flexibly and make adjustments. Through this agile methodology, you benefit from regular progress reviews, flexible adjustment options, and close collaboration, ensuring that the software always meets your needs.

This means that at the beginning of the project, we jointly establish a budget that is bindingly documented in the contract. This budget serves as the framework for our collaboration and is continuously monitored in close coordination. Billing is done monthly on an hourly basis. At the end of each month, you will receive a detailed breakdown of the work completed, including a project report that not only documents the time spent but also makes the content progress transparent. This ensures that you always have a clear overview of the project’s progress, can actively manage the budget, and plan the next steps with precision. Our goal is to foster collaboration that enables informed decision-making and creates transparency at all levels.
